摘  要:研究了不同种类和不同质量浓度的细胞分裂素及生长素对重瓣榆叶梅茎段离体培养时萌芽、成芽、幼芽的增殖及生根效果。结果表明:以MS培养基+6-BA(6-苄基腺嘌呤)2.0mg·L-1+NAA(萘乙酸)0.1mg·L-1,对幼芽诱导、增殖均较适宜,诱导率在78%以上,增殖率为87.5%,增殖系数为11.5。生根培养基为1/2MS培养基+IBA(吲哚丁酸)0.2mg·L-1,其时间13d左右,生根率可达78.9%。根长度1.0~3.0cm,移栽成活率在80%以上。The effect of plant growth regulator such as 6-BA,NAA and IBA added to MS medium on germination, formation and multiplication of bud and root induction of Prunus triba plena Dipp in vitro stem was studied. The results showed: The ideal medium for the induction and multiplication of little bud was MS+BA 2.0 mg·L^(-1) +NAA 0.1 mg·L^(-1).The induction rate reached above (78%.)The multiplication rate was 87.5% and the multiplication coefficient was 11.5.The most suitable medium for rooting was 1/2MS+IBA0.2 mg·L^(-1).The time for rooting was 13 d,the rooting rate reached 78.9%. The optimal length of root to transplant was between 1.0 cm and 3.0 cm, the survival rate reached above 80%.
