正交试验法对黄连袋泡剂质量的考察

摘　　要：通过正交设计方法来考察根茎类药材袋泡剂的质量,以黄连为例从水溶性成分总含量和有效成份———盐酸小檗碱的含量两方面进行质量考察。其中小檗碱的测定是通过910型———薄层扫描仪来进行的,结果表明黄连袋泡液中水溶性成份和有效成份的含量均高于阳性对照组(按传统方法煎煮黄连所得的煎液)。统计结果表明黄连袋泡剂的设备最佳方案是20～40目的粉末在80℃中第1次保温浸泡30min,第2次浸泡15min,结果证实了黄连袋泡剂剂型的优越性。The essay examined the quality of the pack medicament of rhizoma medicine by means of the positive crossed test design. Taking coptis as an example, the quality research was done in two respects-the general content of the water-solubility and the content of the efficiency component - hydrochloric acid Berberine. The determination of Berberine was done by 910 patina scanner. The result of the above examination shows that the content of the water-solubility and the efficiency component in the steep liquid of the coptis pack medicament is higher than that of the masculine C.K. (the decocted liquid of coptis made in the traditional way). The statistics indicate that the best project for the coptis pack medicament is that '20-40 aimed powder should be marinated firstly for 30 minutes under 80 ℃ for the heat preservation, and the second time, for 15 minutes.
