肾盂肾炎患者植物血球凝集素皮肤试验的意义

摘　　要：植物血球凝集素(PHA)皮试能在一定程度上反映细胞免疫功能。在65例肾盂肾炎患者中试用的结果表明:慢性肾盂肾炎患者组PHA皮试阳性率为29.41％,对照组的阳性率为96％,差异非常显著(P<0.01);将PHA皮试结果与同时测定的淋巴细胞转化试验(LTT)结果作相关分析,两者呈正相关(P<0.01)。说明慢性肾盂肾炎患者确有细胞免疫功能低下表现,有进行免疫增强治疗的依据。作为测定细胞免疫功能的指标,PHA皮试稳定可靠,方法简便,值得推广。Phytohemagglutinin skin test can reflex the cell immunity in some degree. The ap plication of PHA skin test in patients with pyelonephritis was studied. Results showed that the positive reaction rate of PHA test in chronic pylonephritis group was 29. 41%, significantly lower than 96. 00% in control group (P<0. 001). Also, significant correla- tion(P<0. 01)between PHA skin test and the simultaneously determined LTT was ob- tained. The results demonstrated the real existence of defect of cell immunity in patients with chronic pyelonephritis indicated to the immune enhancement therapy. As a stable, dependable, and feasible index for cell immunity, PHA skin test was strongly recom- mended.
