环氧氯代烃在药物合成中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了环氧氯代烃的两种化学反应:取代反应和开环反应。主要介绍了由环氧氯丙烷制出的心血管药物和抗过敏药物、抗抑郁药等例子。基于作者对甲基环氧氯丙烷的研究,对甲基环氧氯丙烷在药物合成中的应用也做了介绍。目前,用环氧氯代烃作原料制备出的药物品种很多,环氧氯代烃具有较好的市场应用潜力。Two reactions of epichlorohydrocarbon that is opening-ring and substitute reaction were introduced, at the same time, some kinds of medication made from epichlorohydrin were introduced . Basing on studying on preparation of β-methyl epichlorohydrin,and several medication as the examples were given. At present, there are many kinds of this medications were produced using epichlorohydrocarbon as materials. The hydrocarbon has better development potentialities in market.
