摘　　要：文章首先探讨了我国改革开放以来区域政策的重心演变过程及其整体效应,指出中国区域政策重心演变中的路径依赖特征及政策效应发挥中存在的问题,最后提出了相关的政策建议。This paper analyses the strategic development focus shift in regional policy and its comprehensive effects after Chinese economic reform started in 1978. After review and assessment of the policy focus shift process, we point out the characters of the policy focus shifts and some problems hindering the comprehensive effects of the regional policy. Relevant suggestions are finally proposed.
