摘　　要：概述了中国区域电力市场的建设目标;分析了区域电力市场的几种市场模式;给出了两种市场模式下典型的电力市场交易模式;研究了不同市场交易模式下区域电力市场的运作流程;在研究分析基础之上,提出了区域电力市场运营系统的结构、主要功能,为区域电力市场的建设提供了整体技术方案。This paper describes the goal and frameworks of China regional electricity market. For two different regional electricity markets, operation models were recommended. By analyzing the operation flow for each regional electricity market, it summarizes the technical scheme and functions of electricity market operation system (EMOS) in regional electricity market. These deploy schemes of EMOS could be used in China regional electricity market in near future.
