摘　　要：我国混凝土科学技术的先驱与奠基人吴中伟先生生前曾大力倡导发展绿色高性能混凝土(GHPC),近几年来我国水泥产量继续猛升,电力与炼铁工业的副产品———粉煤灰和高炉矿渣等排放量不断增大,而不少新建的混凝土结构开裂和劣化现象仍在加剧,更显示了大力发展GHPC、使我国基础设施建设能够可持续发展的必要性。Mr.Wu Zhongwei--precursor and founder of science and technology of concrete in China, sparkpluged energetically development of GHPC. Recently cement output being increased continuously, and by-products of electric power and iron blast-furnace melt industry--fly ash and slag discharged also went up, but in the same time, cracking and deterioration of many built concrete structures prick up before long. So it shows the necessity to inherit Mr.Wu's wish, expand the application of GHPC effortfully, realize sustainable development of infrastructure's construction.
