摘 要:多重网格法收敛速度快 ,数值稳定性好 ,已经成为一种功能强大的数值计算方法。对弹流润滑求解的多重网格算法进行了简化和改进 ,忽略了膜厚方程的右端函数项 ,不再考虑求解域外的附加节点 ,并应用到重载齿轮弹流润滑问题的求解中 ,结果发现数值计算结果完全满足精度要求 。The multi-grid method has been proved as a powerful and robust algorithm for its good stability and convergence. The simplified multi-grid method was introduced in the paper for ignoring the right-hand function of the film thickness equation and omitting the additional nods beside the compute domain. The basic principles and the algorithm of the method were introduced and applications in the elastohydrodynamic lubrication of involute spur gear were illustrated in the paper. The results show that the simplified method is right, the equation set is simplified and the calculation time is saved.
