摘　　要：针对目前国内的容积式流量计不能用来测量高压液压系统动态流量的问题 ,利用复合齿轮泵的工作原理 ,设计了一种可用来测量高压液压系统动态流量的容积式动态流量计。该流量计的工作原理是将被测动态流量信号转换为流量转换器中心轮的转速信号 ,再通过测速发电机 ,将转速信号转变为电信号 ,通过放大器、A D转换器、数据采集卡 ,将数据送入计算机进行处理 ,最终实现对被测系统的动态流量测量和实时控制 ,具有测量范围大、精度高。Aiming at problem that the current local flow-meter in capacity type could not be used to measure the dynamic flow of the hydraulic transmission system in high pressure, by making use of the work principle of the compound gear pump, a kind of new dynamic flow-meter in capacity type was designed. The work principle of the flow-meter is that firstly, the measured flow signal was converted into rotate speed signal, then by measuring rotate speed signal of the heart wheel gear, the dynamic flow of the system was got. The flow-meter had larger measuring scope and the accuracy is high, and the dependable is good. It can be produced in the batch quantity. It can be widely applied in hydraulic transmission system to measure the dynamic flow.
