摘　　要：主井提升机是矿井核心设备之一 ,其提升效率直接影响矿井的产量和效益 ,对于大多数矿井来说 ,装卸载自动化程度不高成为制约矿井产量的瓶颈 ,针对这些问题 ,提出了改造的方案。实践证明 ,经过改造后 ,经济效益明显 。The hoist is one of the most important mine machines. It's efficiency affects yield and benefit of the mine, to the most mines, the bottleneck which limit mine's yield is the low level in the loading and unloading automation, for these problems. The paper proposes some methods of reformation, proved in fact, the effect of economic is obvious, so it has high value in application.
