带钢定位跟踪及分选控制过程分析

摘　　要：在冷轧带钢精整生产过程中需要对不同表面质量的平板带钢进行自动分选控制,其中钢板定位跟踪是实现正确分选控制的前提。以宝钢2030冷轧厂1#横剪生产线分选控制系统为例,详细介绍了钢板定位跟踪原理和分选控制流程,并对其进行了分析。the selection control is an important procedure in the final production of cold rolling mill, where the precise tracing of steel plate location is the condition to realize correct selection control. Makes detail introduction of steel plate location trace process and control algorithm with the cold rolling mill Bao Steel No.1 shearing production as an example. Moreover these are analysed.
