复方芦荟制剂治疗放射性皮炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的避免或减轻放射性皮炎症状。方法将120例放射性皮炎患者随机分为两组各60例,观察组采用自制 复方芦荟制剂治疗,对照组用依剂复治疗。结果观察组有效率98.3%,对照组85.0%,两组比较,差异有显著性意 义(P<0.01);观察组疼痛消失时间亦短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论复方芦荟制剂治疗放射性皮炎疗效确切,经济 实用。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of compound aloes in the treatment of radiodermatitis. Methods Sixty patients with radiodermatitis were randomly divided into observation group (receiving treatment of compound aloes) and control groups (subject to treatment of rhEGF). Results The effective rate in the observation group and control group was 98.3% and 85.0% respectively with the difference being significant (P<0.01). The pain terminating time in observation groups was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.01) Conclusion The compound aloes could be used to effectively treat radiodermatitis.
