摘　　要：阐述了体育运动中目标设置有效性研究结果中存在的不一致现象,并分析了这种不一致结果产生的原因,指出今后的研究应确定最佳的难度水平、进一步考察中介变量与目标有效性之间的关系以及探讨目标设置过程与目标有效性之间的关系。The different study of the validity of goal setting had the different results, in this paper, the authors analyzed the reasons of this difference. In the future study, the optimal difficulty of goal, the relations between mediator variable and validity of goal, the relations between process of goal setting and validity of goal should be considered.
