摘  要:新研制的低分子量有机季铵盐粘土稳定剂CE-TA(2-氯乙基三甲基氯化铵)成本低,价格约为NW-1的50%,而且在加量相同时抑制性能与NW-1相当。研究了CETA对页岩回收率、蒙脱土悬浊液ζ电位、蒙脱土浆粒度中值和颗粒比表面积以及钻井液性能的影响,同NW-1进行了对比,测定了CETA在蒙脱土表面的吸附等温线。结果表明,CETA在其加量远低于无机盐抑制剂的情况下,即可获得良好的抑制性;用CETA作抑制剂,可解决以往用KCl作抑制剂影响测井资料解释的难题;CETA可在钻屑表面形成牢固吸附层;CETA对钻井液流变性和滤失性影响不大;吸附量和蒙脱土悬浊液电位的变化表征了CETA确实嵌入了粘土内层,从而引起粘土表面性质的一系列变化。The cost of newly developed clay stabilizer CETA (2-chloride trimethyl ammonium chloride) is very low, about only half of the price of NW-1, while it has the same performance as NW-1. The influence of CETA on shale recovery, the electric potential and average granularity of montmorillonite suspension fluid, and the performance of drilling fluid are investigated, and the results compared with that of NW-1. The adsorption isothermal line of CETA on the surface of montmorillonite is also measured. The results show that good inhibition can be obtained by adding CETA when the amount is far smaller than that of the inorganic inhibitor; it can also solve the problem of KCl's influence on the interpretation of logging data; firm adsorption layer can be formed on the cuttings surface by CETA; it has little influence on the rheolo-gy and filtration of drilling fluid. It is detected that CETA can insert into clay and cause a series of changes on the surface characteristics of clay.
