摘 要:通过对胜利油田地质情况的分析.提出了一套高固相容量的耐温、耐盐聚磺钻井液体系和一套适合于钻深层古生界地层的无粘土低固相体系。试验和现场应用结果表明:在聚磺钻井液基础上,通过应用新型硅氟类处理剂、聚合醇处理剂,能够大幅度地改善体系在高温下对高粘土、高固相的容纳能力,极大地改善了高温下对体系流变性和滤失量的控制能力,提高了体系的整体热稳定性,降低了钻井液成本。无粘土低固相耐温钻井液体系可用于井温为140~179℃的深部潜山储层的钻探,该体系不仅满足安全钻井需要,而且为解放油气层提供了工程技术手段。By analyzing the geological conditions in Shengli Oilfield, a set of high solids content and high temperature tolerant and salt resistant polysulfonated drilling fluid system is presented, as well as a set of clay free low solids system for drilling the deep Palaeozoic formation. Testing and field using results show that hased on the polysulfonated drilling fluid and by applying the novel silicon and fluorine additives and polyol additives, the system's containing capability to high clay and solids content in high temperature can be greatly improved, and the integral thermal stability of the system can also be improved, as well as its controlling capability to rheology and filtration, thus reduces the drilling fluid cost. The clay free low sol-ids drilling fluid system can be used in drilling the deep buried hill reservoirs in a temperature range of 140-179℃, and this system can not only meet the requirements of safety drilling, but also protect the reservoirs from damaging and maximize oil production.
