摘 要:华北油田钻具腐蚀非常严重,并且主要是由地层中的CO2和钻井液携带的O2引起的,因腐蚀而失效的钻具达到钻具总失效量的60%以上,由此而造成的经济损失高达2000多万元。华北石油管理局钻井工艺研究院研制出DPI型缓蚀剂,该缓蚀剂为咪唑啉衍生物,无毒、无味,不污染环境。对DPI型缓蚀剂的缓蚀效果及其与钻井液的配伍性进行了室内实验评价。实验结果表明。DPI型缓蚀剂在加量为0.2%~0.3%时缓蚀率基本在85%以上,最高可达90%,而且与钻井液的配伍性好。介绍了DPI型缓蚀剂在华北油田冀中地区的现场应用情况。DPI型缓蚀剂的使用不仅能减缓钻井液中的CO2和O2对钻具的腐蚀,还可以避免发生因腐蚀疲劳而引起的钻具本体剌穿事故,延长钻具使用寿命,缩短钻井周期.从而获得一定的经济效益。Drill pipe corrosion is a very severe problem in Huabei Oilfield, and the corrosion is mainly caused by carbon dioxide in the formation and oxygen in the drilling fluid. A total of over 60% of drill pipe failure is caused by corrosion, and this has led to a loss of more than 20 million Yuan to date. The DPI corrosion inhibitor developed by Drilling Tech. Research Inst. of Huabei is a kind of derivate, which is free of toxicity, smell and pollution. Laboratory evaluation is carried out on its inhibiting effect and drilling fluid compatibility, and the results show when the adding amount is 0. 2%-0. 3% , the inhibition rate is about 85% , and the highest is up to 90% , and its compatibility with drilling fluid is good. The use of DPI corro-sion inhibitor not only inhibits the corrosion of carbon dioxide and oxygen, but also avoids the transpiercing of drill pipe, body, thus prolongs the life of drill pipe and shortens drilling cycle. Its field use in Jizhong area of Huabei Oilfield is described.
