摘  要:针对张店区块上部地层分散造浆严重,中部、下部地层吸水膨胀,剥落掉块,易缩径、垮塌、阻卡等施工难题及大斜度定向井对钻井液的特殊要求,直井段选用了聚合物钻井液,斜井段使用了聚磺正电肢混油钻井液,目的层段使用了聚磺正电胶混油屏蔽暂堵钻井完井液,并制定了相应的维护处理措施。该套钻井液技术有效地抑制了地层分散造浆和井壁坍塌,解决了大斜度井段井眼净化和润滑防卡等问题,保证了井下安全。应用结果表明,该套钻井液体系性能稳定、流变性好.抗温能力和抑制能力强,滤失量低且泥饼薄韧光滑,井壁稳定,防塌效果好;具有较强的悬浮携砂能力、润滑防卡能力,在张2101、2103井钻井过程中,井眼净化彻底,未发生沉砂卡钻;有效地保护了油气层,满足了大斜度井钻井施工的要求。In Zhangdian Block, the upper formation has the problem of serious dispersion and mud making, while in the middle and lower formation, such troubles as hydrating inflation, slabbing, hole shrinking and sloughing and pipe sticking frequently take place. To solve these problems and meet the special require ments of highly declined directional well on drilling fluid, polymer drilling fluid was selected for the vertical hole, and polysulfonated drilling fluid of positive colloid with oil mixing was used for the inclined hole, and based on which, drilling fluid and completion fluid with temporary plugging agent added was used in the pay zone. These drilling fluid systems, combined with some field conditioning measures, effectively inhibited formation dispersion and hole sloughing, and solved the problems of poor hole cleaning and lubricity, etc. Field using showed the advantages of the systems, such as stable performance, good rheology, high temperature tolerance and inhibition, low filtration and good mud cake quality, etc. In the drilling of Zhang 2102 and Zhang 2103, good hole cleaning was achieved and no stuck pipe because of sand setting took place, and at the same time, formation damage was minimized as well.
