摘  要:根据中原油田深层气储层特征、矿物组分,对深层气储层潜在伤害因素进行了分析得出,在进入目的层的不同钻井液体系中加入新型表面活性剂ABA和特性暂堵剂CXD进行改造,改造后的钻井完井液能够在井壁快速形成憎水性油膜屏蔽环,阻止滤液侵入储层,从而起到了更好地保护气层的作用。并探讨了保护深层气储层的钻井完井液技术,该技术使钻井液滤失量低,抑制性强,高温下性能稳定,能有效降低滤液与储层气体之间的表面张力,岩心渗透率恢复值高,更好地保护了气层;降低水锁效应和水敏效应,减少钻井液对储层的损害,提高深层气的勘探开发效率。Based on the analysis and evaluation on the deep gas reservoir characteristics, mineral compositions and the potential damaging factors, it is concluded that the different drilling fluid systems could be modified by adding the novel surfactant ABA and special temporary plugging agent CXD, and the modified drill-in fluid could rapidly form a layer of hydrophobic oil film on the well wall to prevent the filtrate from invading into the formation and thus protect the gas reservoir from damaging. The drill-in fluid technology for protecting deep gas reservoir is also discussed. By applying this technology, the drilling fluid obtained low filtration, strong inhibition and stable performances in high temperature; and it effectively reduced the surface tension between the filtrate and formation gas, and the higher core permeability recovery was obtained. This technology minimized the water blocking effect and water sensitivity effect and the drilling fluid contamination as well, and improved the exploration and development efficiency on deep gas reservoir.
