摘 要:随着中原油田近几年定向调整井、加密井的增多,地层压力系统出现紊乱,地下已形成多套压力层系,加之注采井网密度过大,整个油田的压力系统处于难以掌握的混乱状态。钻井中因漏而塌、因塌而卡.由防漏导致出水,因压井而诱发井漏等复杂情况时有发生。针对濮城、文东区块的地质特点,制定了“调整井钻井液综合配套技术”,该技术包括防漏堵漏技术、防卡润滑技术、防塌技术、流变性控制及清砂工艺、防渗水措施等一系列配套技术。With the increasing number of directional adjustment well and infill well in Zhongyuan Oilfield in recent years, the formation pressure system is in disarrangement, with multiple pressure zones and layers; meanwhile, the dense production and injection well pattern makes the whole pressure system in a mess condition. During field drilling, lost circulation causes hole collapse, and hole collapse cause pipe sticking, lost circulation control measures cause formation water production, and killing operation often induces lost circulation. In accordance with the geological characteristics of the blocks of Pucheng and Wendong, the ' Comprehensive Drilling Fluid Technology for Adjustment Well Drilling' is formulated, and it concludes a series of auxiliary technologies such as the lost circulation control technology, lubricating technology for stuck pipe prevention, sloughing control technology, rheology control and sand cleaning techniques, and water seepage measures, etc.
