摘  要:针对所钻的大斜度定向井多为双靶或多靶定向井,具有井斜大、水平位移长、靶心半径小、地质结构复杂、井下温度高的特点,采用了聚磺混油钻井液和聚合醇钻井液,并在钻井液体系中加入了性能良好的润滑剂或固体润滑剂,有效地降低钻井液摩阻,防止了井壁坍塌等井下复杂情况的出现;配合了相应的钻井工艺技术措施。现场应用表明,聚磺混油钻井液和聚合醇钻井液具有较强的润滑性、抑制性、稳定井壁能力和抗温抗污染能力,良好的流变性确保了较低的含砂量和固相含量,泥饼质量良好,大斜度段井眼清洁畅通.满足了大斜度定向井对钻井液性能的要求。Most of the high inclined directional wells drilled at present are of double targets or multiple targets, and have such characteristics as high inclination, long horizontal displacement, short radius to target point, complex geological structure and high downhole temperature. Polysulfonated oil mixing drilling fluid and polyol drilling fluid are used, and fluid and solid lubricating agents of excellent performances are added into, to effectively reduce drilling fluid friction and prevent such downhole troubles as hole collapse; corresponding drilling techniques are adopted. Field using shows that the polysulfonated oil mixing drilling fluid and polyol drilling fluid have better lubricity, inhibition, wellbore stability, high temperature tolerance and free of contamination f its good rheology ensures the low sand and solids content and high quality mud cake, and the high inclined section is effectively cleaned. This drilling fluid technology meets the requirements of high inclined well drilling on drilling fluid performances.
