摘 要:利用单向压缩热模拟试验考察了 2 0Mn钢降温连续变形时铁素体的形成特点 ,并与等温转变作了比较 ;用金相法建立了动态CCT曲线。高温形变影响铁素体的形态和分布。形成超细等轴铁素体的适宜温度范围在Ar3 和A3 之间 ( 72 0~ 770℃ )。Hot compression simulating tests were made for Steel 20Mn to inspect the ferrite formation in conditions of continuous cooling and deformation. The features of ferrite formation were compared to the isothermal deformation enhanced transformation. The dynamic CCT curves of 20Mn were obtained by traditional metallographic method. Deformation at high temperatures may lead to changes of ferrite morphology and distribution. Suitable temperature range for equalaxial ultra-fine ferrite grains is between Ar 3 and A 3(720~770?℃). Structures obtained at constant deforming temperatures are better than those at declining temperatures.
