摘　　要：介绍武汉月湖文化艺术区·琴台文化艺术中心概念规划国际征集的背景、目的、组织工作、应征方案和评审结果,并从不同的角度对方案进行了点评。提出该地区应从城市生态绿心和文化艺术中心两个方面进行总体定位,从长远利益出发,最合理地利用自然资源,创造一个高标准的生态文化城市空间。The paper introduces the background, purpose, organization, collection plan, and scheme assessment result for the InternationalCollection of the Conceptual Planning Scheme for Wuhan Yuehu Cultural & Artistic Area and Qintai Cultural Artistic Center and has made remarksfrom different angles on the schemes collected. It proposes that the overall orientation of the areas should be made as the central ecologicalgreenbelt and the cultural artistic center of the city. For the sake of long-term interest of the people, natural resources must be best exploited tocreate an ecological cultural urban space of high standard.[
