摘　　要：长期以来 ,高校体育工作缺乏整合效应 ,体育教学没有与课外体育活动、社会体育事业有机结合。高校体育工作者必须客观地认识、评价体育的育人功能 ,以建设高校体育文化为主线 ,构建适应 2For a long period of time physical education in colleges and universities has been short of integrated and comprehensive coordination. Physical education teaching has not been in organic combination with physical activities after school and the social physical education cause. Physical education workers in colleges and universities should objectively understand and evaluate the training functions of physical education. By taking the construction of sport-culture as the masterstroke in colleges and universities a physical education system suited to the development of the 21st century will be made up.
