外源激素脱落酸对小麦幼苗脯氨酸含量的影响

摘　　要：用外源激素脱落酸处理小麦幼苗,结果发现小麦幼苗体内的脯氨酸含量不仅随着外源脱落酸的浓度增大而增加,而且在处理的48小时内,随处理时间的延长,脯氨酸含量持续增加,处理48小时后,幼苗体内脯氨酸含量开始减少,表明脱落酸能促进脯氨酸的合成,抑制脯氨酸的分解。Wheat seedlings were treated with abscisic acid. It was found that the proline content in the seedlings increased with the increasing of abscisic acid and the elogating of the treatment within 48 hours and decreased slightly after 48 hours. The results showed that the icreasing of proline content in the plants may be referred to the increasing of abscisic acid content.
