摘　　要：在现行地基基础规范的基础上,根据海盐科技创业园的当地地质条件,选取了不同的基础形式进行对比设计.首先说明天然地基虽然经济,但不满足规范的变形要求.而复合地基是一种非常理想的基础形式.在验算承载力和变形均满足要求后,对不同桩型再进行了经济造价比较.最终采用的基础方案不仅可行,而且达到了使业主节约投资,取得可观经济效益的满意效果.Based on the existing foundation standards according to engineering characteristics, and the basis of local geological condition of this project, the thesis verifies that composite foundation should be a very ideal foundation form much better than natural foundation. Because natural foundation cant meet the requirement of deformation according to code, though it is economic. But the composite foundation is based on the requirement of capacity, deformation and economy of different pile form together. Its not only feasible in the view of engineer, but also economic in the view of developer.
