摘　　要：人口的发展受社会、政治、经济的制约,同时它又对社会发展起促进或延缓的作用。我国目前是世界上人口最多的国家,人口的急剧膨胀与人口老化,给我国经济和社会的发展带来了严重影响,出现了一系列的人口问题。解决人口问题的关键是实施人口的可持续发展,即人口的发展不仅要同社会经济的发展相适应,而且要同资源利用和环境保护相协调。The development of population is restricted by the social, political and economic conditions. Meanwhile it will advance or slow down the social development. Our country has the largest population in the world. The rapidly expanding and aging population brings about grat impact on the development of our social and economic development. The key to the population problem is carry out the strategy of sustainable populaton development, which should not only adjust to the social and economic development, but also harmonize with the resource utilization and environmental protection.
