摘  要:通过台架试验和实车道路试验,对影响柴油机微粒陶瓷过滤器红外加热再生的几个主要因素进行了优化。运用转速传感器、供油拉杆位置传感器和排气压力传感器解决了实车中确定再生时机的难题。通过调整加热器的结构和电热丝的布置,陶瓷内挂烟均匀,再生最高温度被控制在900℃左右,降低了温度梯度。双层结构的过滤器,使再生时间缩短2min,再生效率提高5%。根据发动机工况实时控制再生用废气量,再生效率大于80%。Through bench experiment and road testing, some main influencing factors of the infrared regeneration exhaust particulate ceramic filter were optimized. The difficulty in determining regeneration timing can be solved by using speed sensor, fuel adjusting position sensor and pressure sensor. Through modifying the structure of heater, the filter can trap the exhaust particulate homogeneously while the maximum regeneration temperature is controlled less than 900 ℃ and decrease temperature gradient. Two-leveled filter shortens the regeneration time about 2 minutes and increases the regeneration efficiency. Through real-time control of exhaust gas amount according to engine conditions, the regeneration efficiency can reach up over 80%.
