摘  要:机械冷板冷藏车充冷需要大量冷量 ,而放冷过程中存在放冷不充分的现象 ,冷板内共晶溶液蓄存冷量不能充分利用 ,造成冷量浪费。本文建立了冷板冷藏车的充放冷模型 ,对影响冷板充放冷的因素进行了分析 ,研究了不同种类、质量、过冷温度下共晶溶液的充放冷情况 ,指出可以根据需冷量对冷板进行部分充冷 ,既节约充冷量 ,又能保证冷板冷量得到充分利用 ;共晶冰过冷延长了充冷时间 ,增加了充冷能耗 ,而且降低了冷量的有效利用率。A large amount of cold was needed during charging period of hold-over plate refrigerated vehicles, but there is the phenomenon that the stored cold was not released completely during discharging period. The incomplete utilization of cold stored in eutectic solution in hold-over plate may cause the waste of cold. The models of charging and discharging of hold-over plate refrigerated vehicles were presented in this paper. The factors affected the charging and discharging of hold-over plate were analyzed. The charging and discharging situation of eutectic solution of different kinds, different weight and different temperature of sub cooling were studied. It points out that the hold-over plate can be charged partly according to the cold needed. It can not only save on energy during charging period, but also assure the cold stored in hold-over plate can be used completely. The charging time is prolonged because of sub cooling of eutectic ice; energy used in charging period is increased, and the effective utilization of cold was decreased due to sub cooling of eutectic ice.
