摘　　要：铁力市中苑小区 1号楼在二层顶局部采用了预应力混凝土框架大梁转换 ,本文介绍了预应力混凝土转换梁材料选择、预应力工艺选择及预应力筋线型设计和结构分析与配筋计算的全过程 。Prestressed concrete(PC)frame transfer girders are adopted in some area of the third floor in No.1 building of zhongyuan housing estate in Tieli city.Material selection for the transfer girder and prestressing technique selection are introduced in this paper.Designs of profile of prestressing tendon,as well as the whole process of structure analysis and reinforcement computation are also presented.It can serve as reference in design of the similar projects.
