摘　　要：针对新时期我国城市道路照明建设面临的一些实质性问题:道路照明不适应道路交通功能需求、道路照明与城市夜景观建设如何良好结合等进行了阐述,并对比国外相关标准进行分析,综合考虑城市道路系统中各种道路的功能,提出了横向-纵向相结合的二元分级方法进行道路照明规划。This paper discusses such crucial is-sues in urban road lighting construction in the new eraas how road lighting adapts to the road function, howthe road lighting is integrated with nightscapeconstruction. In comparison with the internationalstandards it advances a dual-hierarchical method ofroad lighting planning based on the function analysison the roads.
