摘 要:城市生活垃圾MSW是典型的复杂组分燃料,为研究MSW典型有机组分混合热解时的交互影响及其混合热解特性,设计了一种能够进行较大量物料(10g左右)热重分析实验的实验系统,并采用最小二乘法计算得到由若干平行反应组成的反应动力学模型。文中列出了在此实验系统上进行的6种MSW典型有机组分的热解实验结果及模型计算结果,两者吻合较好,说明该方法是可行的,为进一步进行MSW典型有机组分混合热解实验研究奠定了基础。Municipal solid waste (MSW) is a typical compounded fuel. In order to study the interaction and mixed pyrolysis characteristics of the typical organic components of MSW when the mixture is pyrolyzed, a thermogravimetry analysis system was designed, in which more massive sample (about 10g) can be analyzed. Furthermore, the reaction kinetics model, which consists of several parallel reactions, was obtained through calculation by using least squares algorithms. The experimental results of the pyrolysis experiments and the calculated results of the model of six typical organic components in MSW are listed, and they show good agreement with each other. This technique is proved to be feasible, which lay a foundation for further experimental study on mixed pyrolysis of typical organic components of MSW. Figs 3,tables 2 and refs 10.
