梅山2号高炉操作实践和矮胖高炉冶炼规律探讨

摘　　要：分析了梅山2号高炉5年多的操作实践,指出矮胖高炉实质上是一种强化炉型,在提高产量的同时,应兼顾低耗、长寿。在操作上应强调下部吹活炉缸,上部稳定气流,通过高风速、大动能、大矿批、增加α_k及扩大△α(×_k-α_j),精心调剂,使高炉经济技术指标得到全面改善。并对照1号高炉对2号高炉的矮胖炉型进行评价。Based on the analysis of five years' operation practice of No.2 BF at SMMC, it is found that the blast furnace with low shaft has a profile suitable for increasing driving rate. Though this kind of blast furnacetis easy to raise productivity, but considerations must be given to prolonging campaign life and reducing fuel consume. The activation of hearth by air-blast and the stabilization of gas flow are especially emphasized. Technical and economical indexes have been improved totally by using such technical measures as high blast velocity, large blast kinetic energy, large ore bateh and large chute angles(α_k)and △α(α_k-α_j). An evaluation and comparison of the production index of No.2 BF to No.1 BF is also given.
