摘 要:应用冶金测量车对首钢中厚板厂的二台轧机进行测试。测量中采用微机实时采样和处理数据,以及一些测量新技术。测试结果用于生产,对粗轧机确定了以扁锭代替板坯的轧制工艺,优化轧制工艺,提高生产能力19.6%,证实了首钢中厚板厂四辊轧机具有实施控制轧制的能力,提高了产品的性能及尺寸精度,降低了因尺寸超差的废品率达0.41%,经济效益显著。The measurements of two plate rolling mills at Shougang Corporation carried out were using the metallurgical measuring wagon. During the measurement computer samples and processes data on-line, some other new, techniques were also used. The results and as follows: By using ingot slab to substitute Plate billet for roughing mill and optimizing rolling technology. the productivity of the rolling mill increases by 19.6%. It is proved that the four high mill has the capability for realizing controlled rolling. So that the quality and dimension accuracy of products have been raised and the amount of rejects in oversize has reduced by 0.41%. economical effect is obvious.
