摘  要:本文研究了工业生产的09MnVTiN微合金钢在热机械过程各阶段所析出的微合金碳氮化物的特征。结果表明:在热变形过程中和随后的控冷阶段自奥氏体中析出的均是(Ti_xV_(1-x))CN,在γ/α相变后,VCN既可沿预先存在的(Ti_xV_(1-x))CN表面外延析出,也可单独以针棒状、簇状和列状在铁素体基体上析出。析出相的形状、尺寸、分布和化学组成强烈地受控冷工艺影响。The characteristics of the carbonitrides precipitated during thermomechanical processing were investigated for a V-Ti microalloyed steel. It is shown that the particles precipitated in austenite are all(Ti_xV_(1-x))CN. However, after γ/α transformation precipitation of VCN takes place both heterogeneously i.e. on pre existing (Ti_x V_(1-x))CN and homogeneonsly in needle or striae shape and row arrangement, The size, amount and chemical compositions of the precipitates are influenced markedly by the cooling rate after hot deformation.
