摘  要:本文研究了稀土-硼复合变质剂对30CrMn2Si马氏体铸钢的组织转变、性能及夹杂的影响。结果表明:稀土-硼复合变厩处理能细化组织,减缓奥氏体分解,提高钢的淬透性,使M_s点升高,并抑孪晶马氏体形成,增加位错马氏体比例,改善夹杂物形态、大小及分布,从而使该钢的α_K提高70%,δ_5提高65%,σ_s、σ_b均提高200MPa以上。Effects of RE-B compounds on mechanical properties and structures of 30GrMn2Si martensitic cast steel as well as non-metallic inclusions in the steel have been investigated by means of metalloscopo, SEM, and TEM. Results show that the microstructures arc refined. The rate of austenite transformation is slowed down. Therefore, the hardening ability of the steel is increased and M_s temperature is enhanced. Amount of twined martensite is decreased and the proportion of dislocated martensite is increased. The shape, size and distribution of non-metallic inclusions are improved by the RE-B compound modifying treatment.
