摘  要:水煤浆对燃烧器的磨损问题是水煤浆推广应用过程中一个迫切需要解决的问题。水煤浆燃烧器的磨损主要集中在喷头部分,该部分的磨损属于磨粒的冲蚀磨损。本文分析了工业炉窑水煤浆燃烧器的结构以及煤粒在雾化剂作用下对喷头的冲蚀磨损过程,并首次建立了水煤浆燃烧器磨损的数学模型。实际应用的结果证明了该模型的正确性,该模型的建立对今后研究水煤浆燃烧器的磨损问题具有指导意义,本文最后还提出了减少水煤浆燃烧器磨损的具体措施。The abrasion of coal-water slurry (CWS) burner is an important problem which needs to be solved imperatively in the povularization process of CWS. The abrasion is focused on the nozzletip, The abrasion in this section belongs to scour wearing of abrasive particle. Based on the analysis of geometric structure of CWS nozzle for industrial furnaces and the scour wearing process of the nozzletip by coal particle under atomizing agent scouring, a mathematical model of CWS burner abrasion is established for the first time. Practcal application has proved the soundness of the model. This model gives a right direction for CWS burner abrasion study in the future. Some measures are also given to control the abrasion of CWS burner.
