摘  要:研究了稀土对ZL108合金铸造性能的影响,试验表明,在磷变质ZL108合金中,随着混合稀土(RE)含量的增加,其流动性降低;在高铁ZL108合金中加入RE,能抑制针状β铁相的有害影响,提高流动性;在ZL108合金中加入纯La稀土元素,改善了铸造性能,故用La可以代替镍,既提高机械性能,又能降低生产成本。This paper deals with the effect of rare earth(RE) on castability of ZL108 piston alloy. The experiments show that the fluidity reduced with increase of RE content in ZL108 alloy modified with Phosphorus. The fluidity becomes better with addition of RE in ZL108 alloy of higher iron content, this is because pernicious influence of needle-like β iron phase can be reduced by RE. The castability would be improved by Lanthanum addition in ZL108 alloy. Therefore, Lanthanum is used iasteati of Nickel which not only would improve the machanical properties of ZL108 alloy but also would decrease the cost of production.
