摘 要:对1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti钢进行了加板加稀土;加板未加稀土;未加板未加稀土的离子S-N-C三元共渗对比试验。结果表明,在相同温度、时间条件下,加板加稀土者渗层厚度最大;加板未加稀土者次之;二者均未加者最小。但它们的表面硬度相同,均为HV_(0.1)>860。加板增强了溅射铁原子的氮载体作用,能使渗层增厚;加稀土增加了表面活性,减少了扩散阻力,也使渗层增厚。The comparative tests of ion sulphonitrocarburizing of 1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti steel were made, including the treatments of additive plate and rare-earth (RE); additive plate but non RE; non additive plate and non RE as well. The results showed that the thickness of each treatment was different, the additive plate and RE largest, the additive plate but non RE second and the non additive plate and non RE smallest, but the surface hardness was same(HV_(0.1)≥860) under the same condition (temperature and time). Additional plate made the functions of carrier nitrogen of sputtering iron atom intensification RE increasing surface activity and decreasing diffusion fore, they also made the thickness grow.
