摘　　要：采用下降法生长出直径为120mm 白宝石单晶。对存在于晶体中的开裂、气泡与着色等问题进行了讨论。采取了相应的措施消除白宝石中的缺陷,获得了完整的白宝石单晶。The sapphire crystal with a diameter of 120mm has been grownby Bridgman method.Some defects in the crystal such as cracking,bubblesand colourations are discussed.Establishment of the growing temperature isone of the key problems in the technology of growing sapphire crystals.Appropriate measures have been taken to eliminate the defects in the crystaland the ideal complete sapphire crystal has been formed.
