摘 要:本文用“倾倒法”获得了光折变晶体 Bi_(12)SiO_(20)(简称 BSO)沿<001>、<110>、<111>及<112>四种取向提拉生长的不同过程中固液界面的形态。对凸形固液界面上出现的小面(奇异面)进行了宏观观测和极图分析,确定它们是{110}和{001}面簇。计算了不同取向生长时出现各小面的凸形固液界面的曲率半径,指出<111>和<112>取向生长有利于避免小面的出现。最后,从晶体生长动力学的角度定性说明了提拉生长的 BSO 晶体形态。In this paper,the solid-liquid interface morphologies of Bi_(12)SiO_(20)photorefractive crystals (BSO) grown by Czochralski technique along <001>,<110>,<111>and<112> directions were obtained by abruptly withdrawingthe crystal from its melt during different growth processes.The indices ofthe facets (singular face) which appeared on the convex interfaces were de-termined to be {110} and {001} by macro-measurement and projection analysis.The curvature radii of the convex interfaces appearing the various facets werecalculated for different growth directions.It is suggested that the facets can beavoided by pulling BSO along<111> and<112> directions.Finally,the shapes ofthe grown BSO crystals were explained qualitatively on the basis of crystalgrowth kinetics.
