工业厂房屋盖网架合理形式探讨

摘　　要：目前工业厂房应用的屋盖网架大部分为正交正放四角锥或正交正放桁架式网架，但工业厂房在平面柱网布置、网架悬挂与网架形式上均需考虑生产工艺的特殊要求，并要考虑公用管线的设置与通行。针对以上情况我们近年在几个较大面积的厂房中应用了一些新的网架形式，如抽杆正交正放桁架式网架与小锯齿天窗网架等，进行了一些探索，并取得了一定的效果。AbstractOrthotronic quadrangle pyramid or orthotronic truss grids are mainly used nowadays for the roofsof industrial workshop buildings. With the development of space grids and the requirement of constant manu-facturing process changes, it is necessary to explore new grid structures and seek better applications,In viewof the specialities of column layout,grid suspension and grid structure required by the industrial productionprocesses and the utility pipeline installations,we have adopted and benefited from the new types of spacexrids,e.g. member-extraction orthotronic truss grids and small saw-tooth skylight grids,in several largeworkshop buildings in recent years.
