摘　　要：本文在分析了影子价格概念、基本计算方法的基础上,运用机会成本的原理,对河流可供水资源的影子价格的测算途径进行了研究,并对黄河各河段可供水资源的影子价格进行了测算。This paper,based on the analyses of the concept of shadow price and basic methods of calcu-lation,using the principle of 'opportunity cost',studied the ways of estimating the shadow pricesof water resources available in the river,and calculated measured,and calculated the shadowprices of water resources available in various reaches of the Yellow River.
