摘　　要：为了解决水利工程移民遗留问题管理数据量大、涉及面广、不便统计、分析和管理等问题,该文开发了一个水利工程移民遗留问题管理信息系统。该系统采用模块化设计思想,具有良好的可扩充性和强大的统计分析功能,并充分考虑与其它系统如Foxbase、Excel等接口问题。系统运行一年多来,稳定可靠,使用方便。To overcome the problem of statistic, analysis, and management, a leaving resettlement management information system for water conservancy project is developed. The system uses modular design method. It has good extensibility and statistical function. Interface with Foxbase and Excel is realized in the system. It is very easy to use and to maintain. It has been good performance since it was used last year.
