摘　　要：介绍了电信业工单工作流管理系统,从模型的角度描述了组成工作流的基本要素,阐述了基于COM组件的系统组成部分和结构。该系统以工作流为核心,实现工单的业务申请、流转派发、审批处理、查询跟踪、系统用户角色管理等过程的规范化和自动化,完成资源的统一管理调度,实现工单驱动资源与业务,提高了工作效率,是一理论与实践相结合的有价值的工作流管理系统。A netcom order workflow management system is introduced,the fundamental elements of the model are described,the parts and structure of the system are expounded based on COM components.On the basis of workflow,the system accomplishes the normalization and automation of the processes (including businesses application,order exchange,order handling,order tracking,user management),united management dispatch of resources,order driving resources and businesses,improves efficiency of businesses,and is a worthy system of combining theory with practice.
