汽轮机调速系统动态特性计算中几个问题的探讨

摘  要:本文通过实际结果与理论计算对比,对N125、N300汽轮机调速系统动态特性评价中关于继动器时间常数、错油门轴向力以及油动机关闭速度等有争议的几个问题进行了探讨,并对动态特性计算中数学模型的简化,电加速器投用时系统结构与扰动幅值的变化、数学模型动态参数的变异与退化现象及开展系统辩识试验研究的重要性等问题进行了讨论。After comparing experimental result and theoretical calculation, some disputable problems such as the time constant of relay, the axial force of pilot valve and the shut-down speed of servo-motor are approached, referring to the evaluation of dynamic characteristics of the governing systems on N125 and N300 steam turbines. Other problems are as well discussed as follows;the simplification of math models in calculating dynamic characteristics; the changes of system structure and disturbing amplitude in using electro accelerator; the variation and deterioration phenomena of dynamic parameters of math models; and the importance of carrying the experimental research of system identification, etc.
