摘 要:采用现场割管试样,用电镜观察了不同运行时间的12Cr1MoV钢过热器管的金属位错组态,结果表明:运行时间从1.6万→3.3万→6.3万小时时,材料蠕变从亚稳态→过渡态→稳态。此时,基体中位错也从列位错→位错缠结→亚晶形成。晶内碳化物使基体中运动位错交互作用形成界面位错,而运动到晶界上的位错在晶界上析出的碳化物周围攀移和塞积,使晶界弱化,易形成裂纹。The configuration of dislocation in base metal of superhetear tubes has been studied in this paper. The microstructure of 12CrlMoV steel specimen, cut from the superheater tubes having different service time, was obsetved with electroscope. Results show that corresponding to different service time of superheater tubes which is 1. 6×10~4, 3. 3×10~4 and 6. 3×10~4 hours respectively, creep in the tubes metal changes from sub-steady state to interin state, then to steady state. In the meantime, the islocation changes from array dislocation to dislocation tangle, then to forming subcrystalline. At first, between carbon compounds inside grains the mutual effect of moving dislocation in base metal results in boundary dislocation; then the moving dislocation comes to grain boundary, which climbs and locks near the carbon compounds on the grain boundary; and finally it weaken the boundary and forms crack.
