摘　　要：介绍了一种在UNIX和WINDOWS环境下,以Compaq公司的电信管理信息平台（TeMIP）V4.0版本为开发工具,运用C++语言,快速开发电信网管系统（TMN）的方法。描述了如何应用被管对象描述指南（GDMO）建立管理模型,TeMIP的开发流程,应用实例以及其先进的面向对象技术。This paper describes an object-oriented application of Telecommunication Management Information Platform (TeMIP) V4.0 in Telecommunication Management Network (TMN). It is developed by Compaq (France) Corp. and based on UNIX or Windows platform. This method can develop high quality network management system within a short period of time. It also describes how to create managed object model of Guidelines for Description of Managed Objects (GDMO), TeMIP development flow, application instance and the implementation of advanced technology of object-oriented.
