摘  要:本文介绍一种长寿命动力涡轮结构的设计方法和研制结果。这种结构代替了原设计、生产制造了两台,并进行了150小时运行考核。测得的主要部件温度、应力数值与设计计算值基本一致。运行参数和拆检结果都表明产品达到了设计要求。该结构适用于各种固定式和移动式燃气轮机,特别是航空发动机改装的动力涡轮设计。The design method and research/development results of a long-life power turbine are given in the present paper. Two power turbines based on the proposed new design have been manufactured to replace the old turbines and have completed a 150-hour operation period to test their performance characteristics. The measured temperature and stress values of the main components are in basic agreement with the design and calculated ones. The operation parameters attained and the test results have shown that the power turbines have met the design requirements. The proposed power turbine construction is applicable to various kinds of stationary and mobile gas turbines, especially for power turbines of aeroderived gas turbines.
