摘　　要：SG-420/13.7-M415、M417型锅炉普遍存在二次汽温偏低,排烟温度偏高,结构不合理造成尾部受热面磨损和爆管等问题,针对上述情况有关各方共同探讨制订改造方案,并予以实施。改造后运行情况表明改造相当成功,可推广到同类型锅炉的改造中去。There are some same problems for SG-420/13.7-M415&M417, such as lower reheat steam temperature higher exit gas temperature then expectation, wear due to improper structure and tube rupture of backpass surfaces, etc. These two units were retrofitted to eliminate these problems. After the retrofit, the design parameters are reached. It shows that the retrofit is successful and its experience can be extend to the same type of unit.
