摘  要:分别以自制的和商业的CeO2-ZrO2复合粉为原料,采用无压烧结法制备了CeO2-ZrO2复合陶瓷块体材料,分析了烧结温度对两种材料的微观组织和力学性能的影响,并采用X射线衍射法(XRD)研究了两种材料在应力诱导下的t→m相变增韧效应。结果表明:由自制复合粉制得的CeO2-ZrO2陶瓷材料其综合力学性能均比由商业粉制得的陶瓷材料高,并且其应力诱导相变增韧效应更强;此外,在烧结温度为1450℃、保温时间为4h的条件下,由自制复合粉制得的材料的相对密度达到98.7%,其弯曲强度和断裂韧性分别为576MPa及5.6MPa·m1/2,这一结果与该材料在1450℃下充分致密化有关。The bulk composite CeO_2-ZrO_2 ceramics were prepared from synthesized and commercial CeO_2-ZrO_2 powder by pressureless-sintering, respectively. Meanwhile, sintering temperature dependences of microstructure and mechanical properties of ceramics were analysed too. The results show that the mechanical properties of CeO_2-ZrO_2 ceramics fabricated from synthesized powder were better than that of ceramics prepared from commercial powder. Additionally,the relativity density of CeO_2-ZrO_2 ceramics fabricated from synthesized powder reached the maximum value of (98.7% under sintering temperature of 1 450℃ and holding time of 4 h. At this circumstance, the flexural strength and fracture toughness were 576 MPa and 5.5 MPa·m^(1/2).This result were related to the full densification of ceramics at (1 450)℃.
